Delete your Nabora account.

You can start permanent deletion of your Nabora: People around you account in the app. Your profile is deactivated immediately and is no longer visible in Nabora while deletion is completed. If you cannot sign in, send us a deletion request and we will help you.

Choose a deletion method

Two clear ways to delete your account.

Your profile stops being visible in Nabora as soon as you confirm. Permanent deletion cannot be undone, so save anything you want to keep first.

Fastest option

Delete your account in Nabora

Open Nabora, go to your Profile, and tap the settings icon.
Scroll to the Account section.
Choose Delete Account, then confirm account deactivation.

Nabora signs you out after deactivation. If your account has an email address, Nabora emails you when permanent deletion is complete. Uninstalling the app alone does not start this process.

If you cannot sign in

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address connected to your Nabora account, when possible.
Include the email address or phone number you use to sign in.
Ask us to permanently delete your Nabora account and associated data.

What happens next

Your request includes associated account data.

In-app requests deactivate the account and remove its profile from Nabora immediately. When the account has an email address, we send a confirmation after the remaining account data is permanently deleted. For email requests, we may first contact you to verify account ownership.

Limited information may be retained.

Nabora may retain access-restricted records when reasonably necessary for safety investigations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or policy enforcement. Retained data is not used to keep your deleted profile active.

Before you delete

Cancel an active store subscription separately.

Deleting your Nabora account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. Cancel it separately to stop future renewal charges. You can still request account deletion immediately.
