01 — Scope

About this Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information Nabora may collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices available to you when you use the app or website.

Information you choose to share

This may include account details, profile information, photos, messages, support requests, reports, settings, and any video you choose to submit for profile verification.

Information created when you use Nabora

With your permission or as needed to operate the service, we may process approximate or precise location, device and app details, login and activity records, interaction data, crash information, and identifiers used for security and notifications.

Crash diagnostics may include a sanitized error and stack trace, app and build version, operating system, device model, the app screen where the problem occurred, the time of the crash, and the signed-in account identifier. Crash reports are designed not to include messages, profile content, photos, location coordinates, passwords, or authentication tokens.

05 — When information may be shared

Public profiles, service providers, and required disclosure

Profile information you choose to publish is visible to other members. We may also share limited information with vendors that host or support Nabora, with professional advisers, when required by law, to address safety or fraud, or as part of a business transaction.

Vendors are expected to use information only to provide contracted services.

06 — Retention and security

Keeping information only as reasonably needed

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, satisfy legal and safety needs, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
