Using Nabora means accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Nabora, you agree to these Terms of Use and the other policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 — Eligibility
Nabora is for adults
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use Nabora. You may not use Nabora if your account has previously been removed for a serious policy violation unless we give written permission.
03 — Your account
Keep your information accurate and secure
Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Do not access another person's account or create accounts to evade a restriction.
04 — Permitted use
Use the service for its intended purpose
Nabora grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
You may not scrape the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, automate access without permission, or use Nabora to violate law or another person's rights.
05 — Purchases
Paid features and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and available cancellation method will be shown before you purchase. Mobile purchases may be billed and managed by your app store. Refund rights depend on the purchase platform and applicable law.
06 — Your content
You keep ownership of what you create
You keep ownership of content you create. By posting content to Nabora, you give Nabora permission to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service, subject to our privacy commitments.
07 — Enforcement
Protecting people and the service
We may remove content, limit features, require verification, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account when we reasonably believe these policies have been violated or action is necessary to protect people, Nabora, or the public.
Serious cases may be referred to law enforcement where appropriate or required.
08 — Availability
The service may change
Nabora may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Material policy updates will be communicated through the app, website, or other appropriate means.
